1)What is My Account?

- Your account contains the user details. (Password, e-mail, name, address)
-Each and every purchase of the user is stored in the account.
-Points are accumulated for every purchase.
-The user can redeem the points to get exciting gifts.
-The user can also view their wish list.

2).What is Friend Referral?

-Customers referring 50 friends are eligible to get a branded T-shirt, worth Rs.400 absolutely free
- Referring a friend should not be repeated.

3)What is Point system?

- For every purchase of the product, the points will be accumulated in your user account, according to the price of the product. (e.g.). If a customer purchases a book for 250 Rs, he will get 250 points added to his account. Note: *1000 points- shirt free (Rs.400 worth). *2000 points
- Pen Set (customer choice).

4)How do i Pay?

Customers can purchase their products through online banking option, which is completely secure.

5)Replacement form:

Step 1: The replacement can be done only within two days after the delivery of books.
Step 2: Fill up the replacement form with appropriate details.
Step 3: After receiving the notification from our side, you have to return the book to us.(SMS/e- mail)
Step 4:Once we get your books, it will get replaced immediately.

Please note: All the books will be containing the bookshala.com stamp on its first page, while returning see to that it is present. If not replacement cannot be done.

6)Shipping: What are the Delivery charges?

Bookshala.com provides free delivery for all the purchase of above 400rs. If the purchase is below Rs400 , we charge minimal fare amount.

7)Courier: How do I Track my order?

Once the order is placed by the customer, the courier details, tracking number would be notified to the customer through SMS and e-mail.
